Manchester United Wants Alexis Sanchez, But Will Arsenal Sell Him To United?

Premier League giants Manchester United reportedly wants to bring Alexis Sanchez to the Old Trafford, but the question is will Arsenal agree to see Sanchez as Red Devil? The future of Chilean forward is not looking secured at the Emirates. He was first substituted during 3-1 defeat at the hands of Liverpool and and then 1-5 defeat against Bayern Munich in return leg of round of 16.

Right now, Sanchez is the leading goal scorer of Arsenal who have just one year left on his contract at Emirates. The club have not offered him any contract extension deal. Despite interest from Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City, Arsenal don’t want to sell their key player to rival clubs of Premier League.

Not only Premier League club, other top European clubs with the likes of Paris Saint Germain, Atletico Madrid and Juventus are desperate to sign Alexis. Clubs from China are also part of it.

Arsenal vs Manchester United rivalry is one of the most popular rivalries in British Football. Despite this rivalry, both clubs have done Business. In 2014, Danny Welbeck moved from Manchester United to Arsenal.

Former Man United player Rio Ferdinand said “I think we are at a place where Arsenal Football Club, and Arsenal fans, are used to their star player wanting to leave for pastures new to win trophies.”

It is not mentioned how much money United are willing to pay Alexis, but it is quite clear that United are ready to offer a whopping amount to the Chilean forward.
