The Spanish professional Tennis player Rafael Nadal expressed his desire of becoming President of Real Madrid. The 30 years old Tennis sensation supports Real Madrid for so long and wanted to be president of Spain’s capital Football Club. So far in his career, Nadal have won 14 grand slam championships. In case you don’t know, Nadal’s uncle Miguel Angel Nadal is a former Barcelona defender. But Rafael is super fan of Real Madrid.
Nadal: I would like to be Real Madrid president
While speaking with El Mundo, Nadal said “If you ask me if I would like it, of course I would, why not? But there is more to it. I think it will not be.”
He also spoke about his relations with current Real Madrid’s President Florentino Perez. He praised work of Perez and highlighted Real Madrid have a great president that’s why they don’t need him right now.

“We are very good as we are. We have a great president right now and I don’t think Real Madrid need me, but we never know what can happen in the future. It is not something I can raise today.”
Real Madrid have currently one point lead over La Liga Champions Barcelona after playing two less games. The first La Liga game of Real Madrid was postponed because of their Club World Cup schedule and second because of storm hit Balaidos stadium in Vigo.
At the age of 30 years, Rafael Nadal have won 14 Grand Slam tournaments and finished as runners-up 7 times. He also won two gold medals in Olympic Games [singles 2008 and doubles 2016].
